The junior suite was super spacious and beautifully decorated, really capturing that Parisian charm. They welcomed us with delicious treats and wine, a nice touch. I appreciated the kitchenette since we had kids with us. A heated pool would have been great, but overall a cozy and comfy room for family. Just wish the view was better!

This hotel is an ideal starting point for exploring Paris, with easy access to places like the Louvre and the Arc de Triomphe. Our spacious Junior Suite was beautifully decorated, and Janick, the concierge, helped us plan our family outings perfectly. The kids loved the pool!
My kids wished for more variety in the dining options.

We were upgraded to a suite - the room was very nice. Swimming pool and spa were completely empty in the evening.
Construction work happening just outside the hotel - very noisy in the morning.

Luxurious, luxurious, luxurious
I stayed in a fine Junior Suite that was spacious and beautifully decorated. Plus, the heated swimming pool was the perfect post-sightseeing oasis, great to unwind in absolute comfort.

The staff were wonderful, very well mannered and always eager to help in any way they could. It was a pleasant change. The room was beautiful and clean. There wasn't much of a view, except the building was nice to look at. It was a easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs de Elysses. Plus it's a easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of little cafes ad restaurants within walking distance off the tourist area. Plus a Tourist city bus stop near by.
We did wait 40 mins for a coffee in the bar.

spacious rooms but pricey breakfast
The family suite was spacious, allowing us plenty of room to relax. The bathroom impressed me with its luxury features like a great shower and handheld water sprayers in the toilet. We also enjoyed the fine view of the landmark.
I found the breakfast to be quite pricey compared to other options.

My honest journey to loving (or hating) this
Spacious Junior Suite adorned with elegant decor, ideal for families. The staff went out of their way to help us, even delivering our forgotten bag to the airport!
The promised spa was closed without prior notice, causing much disappointment. I faced challenges with billing, feeling unfairly charged.

The hotel reception staff were warm and friendly with excellent language skills. We were upgraded from a deluxe room to a junior suite. The room was beautifully furnished, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and separate toilet were very clean. A welcome bowl of fruit was well received. Masses of cupboards and wardrobes.
Location whiile close to Metro Kleber and Place CdG suffers from redevelopment work on the new Luxury hotel being built opposite the main entrance to the hotel. If your room is to the front, this could be very noisy for the next year or so. Bar prices and breakfast prices are expensive, but this is Paris. Spa opening times are a little on the short side - pool doesn't open until 9.30am which makes an early morning swim difficult and it closes most days at 19.30. Longer opening times would be a benefit.
